  • Client 2) Remote Transition

    Tech Company

Challenge: Like many organizations this company was once 100% in office. During the pandemic they found with remote work the advantages far exceeded the disadvantages and elected to make the change permanent. However, this did add some challenges with how to effectively manage and gauge performance.

Solution: Red Scott was able to start from scratch and design a new way for the organization to focus on employee management. We created new performance reviews that were more targeted to the employees role, yet tailored in a way that made the discussions more attainable for leadership. We assisted in creating and generating a larger focus on training as a remote organization. We also gave the leadership a better way to manage discussions with employees who were not meeting their position expectations . The implementation of the models introduced by Red Scott allowed the organization to continue to focus on their growth without fearing employee management would falter.
